Oh!! I did this question a while back for my homework assignment, it's actually pretty easy once you understand it, don't worry it took me a while too. So the answer is B because the graph's minimum is starting at -1 and going over to 0.8. It's sorta hard for me to explain but I got this question right last time I did it!!
A relative maximum is a point that is higher than the points directly beside it on both sides, and a relative minimum is a point that is lower than the points directly beside it on both sides.
