Take the whole number and don't do anything to it yet..
 
Look at the fraction part itself..

Take the top number (Numerator) and divide by the bottom number (denominator).

Which is going to be .33333333333 (goes on forvever)
 
Take the whole number (1) and add it to .33333333333
