A minor wants to purchase an alcoholic beverage. The minor goes to a beer store, takes a six pack to the counter, and attempts t
o pay the clerk for the beer. When the clerk asks for identification, the minor leaves the beer and the store without sayin anything. What crime, if any, was committed.
Even if you put it back and just leave, you still have to show the I.D by law, so it prevents him/her from entering store and buying alcohol and being an underage drinker.
This means to make sure that laws are followed to the best of the president's ability and that he does the thing that is right for the country and not for him/herself.
