It wouldn’t be ethical for private family cases. Children don’t need to feel exposed at a young age. It wouldn’t be ethical for custody control. It would be exploiting the family’s private matters. I would propose a camera be provided in courtrooms if the accused distribute manipulative or illegal tendencies.
