With the invention of the printing press the knowledge was made easier to spread which led to greater education and greater social mobility. This also made the Bible accessible to more people. People were looking for more personalized approach to their spiritual needs. It was Martin Luther who made openly challenged the teachings of the Catholic Church by posting his famous thesis against the selling of indulgences. By the time of the Reformation, European society was experiencing greater social mobility. The rising middle class was challenging the established social order. Humanists stressed the central importance of individual talents and performance regardless of noble descent. Printing made books widely available and facilitated access to the Bible for literate lay people. People were increasingly looking for a personalized approach to religion to accommodate diverse spiritual needs and guide individuals in their quest for salvation.
Martin Luther, a pious German Augustinian monk and a professor of theology who was of modest middle class origin, resented the indulgences, which he found incompatible with a personal connection to God. He posted his objections. Because he was a forceful and effective writer in both German and Latin, he soon became very popular with the German reading public. When the Papacy denounced him as a dangerous heretic, he responded by denying the notion of clergy as a separate estate and the Church's claims to be the sole mediator between people and God. He stressed the importance of the individual believer's conscience and faith. He also translated the Bible into German and argued that Scripture as the Word of God was much more reliable than Church traditions. His numerous followers formed their own religious communities, creating Protestantism as an independent religion.

The ways of Heaven are certain: On those who are virtuous, it sends down all blessings, and on the evil-doer it sends down all m
o-na [289]
Thankfully this is not true. But here me out. the rain falls on the just and the unjust right? I don't see a cone of light following a virtuous person right in the middle of a rainstorm. By thankfully, i mean we all are wrong. We all do things that we regret, or that we know are wrong, and even some things that we don't know are wrong.

Also, I'm not sure how ruling badly brings a bad name on your ancestors, but if someone said, "Bro, you are ruling awfully man. Your ancestors must've been messed up," then i can see why you could say this. ;), Since you decide what you do, your ancestors probably won't get a bad rep. Your ancestors really don't care at this point what you do. Where they are is not affected by what you do.

If you strive do what is right and honor God, you will indeed be blessed by Him, but there will always be a group that complains or argues to get themselves what they want.
Hope this helped!

C. the industrialization and mechanization of farming

D. a change in climate that made foraging impractical

ANSWER

The correct option is B.

Before the emergence of agricultural settlement, people move about from one place to another, looking for food for themselves and their families. The shift from hunter gathering to agricultural settlement occurred when these people found suitable conditions that allowed them to settle down in one place with their families and cultivate their own foods. The use of flood plains and irrigation made available for them the water necessary for the growth of their crops.
