Alright, so I'm not too good with probability, but I have a general idea for what the answers may be. But, please do fact check this before submitting it as I cannot guarantee the accuracy.

As for the answer, I think that these are the right answers:

(1) Landing on a blue or red space on a spinner with 1 blue space and 1 red space.

(4) Drawing a red card from a stack of 20 red cards.

(5) Getting a heads or a tails when flipping a coin.

I find these to be the answers because there's no variation within them. You'll always land on red or blue if the options on the spinner are only red and blue. You'll always pull a red card from a stack of red cards. And you'll always get heads or tails when flipping a coin. The others are incorrect because there's a possibility you won't get the given selection. So the conclusion would be that those 3 ^ are right because a probability of 1 means that you're guaranteed to get a certain outcome.

If matrix A has dimensions 3 x 2 and matrix B has dimensions 3 x 2, can matrix A and matrix B be multiplied?
Charra [1.4K]
Matrix A has 3 rows, 2 columns
Matrix B has 3 rows, 2 columns

The number of columns in matrix A (which is 2) does not match up with the number of rows in matrix B (which is 3).

So the matrix multiplication A*B is undefined. We cannot multiply the matrices.

0.44 the value of the digit in the hundreds place is how many times as much as the value of the digit in the tens place
QveST [7]
Given number = 0.44
Find how many times the value of the hundredths place digit to the value of the tenths place digit.
=> Since this is a decimal number, I believe, the value you mean is tenths and hundredths, not tens and hundreds.
Now, how many times is the value of each digit differs from each other:
The answer is 10 times
=> 4 hundredths x 10 = 4 tenths
=> 0.04 x 10 = 0.4, which is correct

The number of goals scored by a hockey team in each of its first 10 games is 2, 4, 0, 3,4, 1, 3, 1, 1, and 5. Find the mean numb
Artemon [7]
The mean is the average number from the group of numbers.
In this case, the average of the numbers 2, 4, 0, 3, 4, 1, 3, 1, 1, 5 is 2.4.
This is discovered by adding all the numbers together (which in this case is 24) and dividing that number by the amount of numbers in the group (in this case it's 10).
24 ÷ 10 = 2.4
Therefore the mean is 2.4.
