Answer: D.

The best thing that Hyde must do to improve his lower body endurance is to perform unweighted squats, with 18 repetitions each set and with shorter resting time between sets. The more Hyde exercises, the more muscles to work which help build muscular endurance. Performing aerobic exercise such as jogging, cycling and walking for extended period with18 repetitions for 20-60 minutes could result to lower body endurance.

Question 1. Yes I do believe how people think of their community does effect how they will treat their community. If you live in a town where there is no respect for the things that are purchased around your community and have people graffiti it like trash cans or signs. How are you going to look at your community vs a area where people take care of the things around them and keep everything clean, and respect the property around them.

Question 2. Living in a gated community. Keeps unwanted people away (for the most part.) also influences how people feel about letting there kids run off and playin the neighborhoods. Vs living in a open neighborhood where it won’t be as respected and parents fear for their kids safety.

Question 3. Yes I do believe that educating and helping and giving awareness about health, education and safety and business is important to spread in your environment. Because hopefully it will improve people‘s healthy lifestyles in the neighborhoods around you which is also your environment.

Question 4. Pick up trash around your neighborhood. Help your elderly neighbors and if u don’t have elderly neighbors, still ask to take their dogs on walks or take out the trash for them. Grab their mail. Do volunteer stuff around your community.

Also this asked about your opinion. I don’t know how you feel about your environment . But I hope this works for u.
