15 miles in 2 hours so divide both by two and it’s 7.5 miles in 1 hour
7.5 miles multiply 1760 yards is 13200
13200 yards in 1 hour
Divide 13200 by 60 and you get 220
Answer: Ashley travels 220 yards per minute

for triangle ABC find the measure of line a b given measurement of angle a is 55 measurement of angle B is 44 and b equals 68
S_A_V [24]
Use the Law of Sines:

  sin B              sin 81         sin 44
 ----------       = ----------- = --------------
  side AC            68            side AB

Then (side AB)(sin 81) = 68(sin 44), or

                                 68 sin 44
 side AB =        ----------------------- =  47.83 units long
                                    sin 81

Please, if I get this wrong I fail please help me, it will mean a lot to me
Sloan [31]

Answer:

x = 58°

Step-by-step explanation:

First, we need to find the green angle on the bottom left of the triangle.

We know that straight lines are supplementary, or equal 180 degrees, so we can say that 114° + a (a variable representing the measure of the angle) = 180°.

Equation:

114 + a = 180

Solve:

114 + a = 180

-114         -114

a = 66

Therefore, the value of the green angle is 66 degrees.

Now, we need to find the value of angle x.

We know that the sum of the angles in a triangle is 180 degrees.

So, 56° + 66° + x = 180°

Equation:

56 + 66 + x = 180

Add:

56 + 66 + x = 180

122 + x = 180

Subtract:

122 + x = 180

-122        -122

x = 58

Therefore, x is 58 degrees.

You found an old vase in the shape of a cylinder. It has a radius of 6.5 centimeters and a height of 16 centimeters. What is the
klasskru [66]

Answer:

The volume of the vase is 2122.64  cm^{3}

Step-by-step explanation:

Given data

Radius (R) = 6.5 cm

Height (H) = 16 cm

Volume of the vase is given by

V = \pi R^{2} H

Put all the values in above formula we get\

V = 3.14 × 6.5^{2} × 16

V = 2122.64 cm^{3}

Therefore the volume of the vase is 2122.64  cm^{3}
