Interest groups use various strategies; the inside game (lobbying) and the outside game to influence government. Lobbying attempts to influence all officials working in the three arms of government, and the federal bureaucracy.

Lobbying the Legislature
Interest groups spend millions of dollars on lobbying members on the Congress on some issues. They try to affect the legislation being generated in the Congress.
Lobbying the Judiciary
Interest groups work to influence the court system in several ways. Interest groups file amicus curiae (friend of the court) briefs, presenting an argument in favour of a particular issue and sometimes file lawsuits against the government.
Lobbying the Executive
Although some lobbyists get direct access of the president, Interest groups target regulatory agencies which are lower levels of the executive branch. In the outside game, Interest groups attempt to convince ordinary citizens to put pressure on their government representatives through grassroots activism and electoral strategies to achieve their goals.

The correct answer is B. Some people have more civil liberties than others.

Explanation

Civil liberties are a group of rights or freedoms that all citizens living under liberal democratic governments have. In general, these freedoms were obtained through the Constitution of the countries. Among these freedoms, those related to matters such as thought, expression, religion, worship, the press, among others, stand out. This issue has been very important in recent years in Latin America because some governments have lost legitimacy and have had to use force to perpetuate power, becoming dictatorships. Generally, the civil liberties of many opponents of these governments have been violated through censorship and imprisonment, while supporters of these factions retain their civil liberties. So the correct answer is B. Some people have more civil liberties than others.

Answer:

Explanation:

The word document in this sentence is trying to say that that the pool of water that contains the spadefoots is very small and has a high probability of disappearing. If that were to happen they would not be able to collect the necessary information so that they can classify that body of water as necessary to prevent the extinction of the spadefoots and prevent anyone from getting rid of it and building on top of it as they want to do in this story.
