Answer: Elastin

Explanation:

The elastin fibers are fibers that are present in the matrix of connective tissues. These are produced by the arterial smooth muscle cells and the fibroblasts. These have bundles of ptoteins called as elastin. These fibers can stretch to 1.5 times in their length. These fibers act like a rubber band and are very flexible. These undergoes frequent streching such as in aorta and in some of the ligaments.

Thus elastin proteins will help the aorta to stretch while exercise so as to accomodate more amount of blood.

Neurotransmitters can affect postsynaptic cells by I) initiating signal transduction pathways in the cells II) causing molecular
Yakvenalex [24]

Neurotransmitters can affect postsynaptic cells by causing molecular changes in the cells.

The term "chemical messengers of the body" is frequently used to describe neurotransmitters. The nervous system uses these molecules to send information between neurons or from neurons to muscles. A neurotransmitter influences a neuron in one of three ways: excitatory, inhibitory or modulatory.

When a stimulus is potent enough, the chemical messenger neurotransmitter is transferred into the nerve impulse. If it is powerful enough, it will reach the postsynaptic cell and affect the structure of the neuron. And when signal transduction happens, everything mentioned above is completed.
