Answer: Elastin

Explanation:

The elastin fibers are fibers that are present in the matrix of connective tissues. These are produced by the arterial smooth muscle cells and the fibroblasts. These have bundles of ptoteins called as elastin. These fibers can stretch to 1.5 times in their length. These fibers act like a rubber band and are very flexible. These undergoes frequent streching such as in aorta and in some of the ligaments.

Thus elastin proteins will help the aorta to stretch while exercise so as to accomodate more amount of blood.

Which enzyme is not working correctly if the dna had more than nomal level of mutations?
alina1380 [7]

Answer:

The name of the enzyme is DNA POLYMERASE.

Explanation:

DNA replication is the process by which the DNA reproduce itself. During the process of replication, the blocks of nucleotide that are been added are checked constantly by mean of proof reading in order to ensure that all the nucleotide are properly paired. The enzyme that carried out the work of proofreading and subsequent repair is DNA polymerase enzymes. The activities of the enzyme ensures that no mutation occur in the DNA strands that are been produced.

Is The Answer A B C or D
LekaFEV [45]
I would go for 'c'. The reason being, is that it doesn't do much, and I am also assuming that offshore drilling will not affect underwater sources, which are linked to the ocean.
