Subtraction. In order of operations, parenthesis comes first. Since the subtraction term is in the parenthesis, you would do that first. Then it's exponents, multiply, divide, add, and subtract. In the case that there are more than one multiplication/division operation, you would do it in the order from left to right. Same for subtraction/addition. Hope this adds a bit to your knowledge!
