Answer:

G0 phase of cell cycle.

Explanation:

Cell cycle may be defined as the process of division of cell division by which cell increases its number. Two main types of cell division are mitosis and meiosis.

The different phases of the cell cycle are G1 (gap 1) PHASE, S (synthesis) phase, G2 (gap 2 )  phase and M ( mitosis )phase. A special called G0 or quiescent phase of the cell cycle. The cells of the G0 phase do not divides or divides at the special condition. Most of the nerve cells and other cells of the body are in the G0 phase of the cell cycle.

Thus, the answer is G0 phase of the cell cycle.

The warmer the star, the bluer it will appear. The cooler a star, the more red it will appear.

Proxima Centauri Red Dwarf Stars for example have significantly less heat, therefore their red color.
