Max Weber gives great characteristics of the burocracy, one of them is that employees should have clear and defined jobs, that would help them focus on their tasks only and have better results, also that employees should be judged on their productivity, that could tell us how fast and efficient they are, and also, very important, they should report to one person all their work, there have to be hierarchical supervision in order to get clear detail rules and  supervision.

What is your favorite holiday and why is it your favorite?
just olya [345]

My favorite holiday is Christmas. I like it because of the wintery feel and all the kindness in the air. I also like it because of the holiday spirit.

Christmas is an annual holiday commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ, celebrated primarily on December 25 as a religious and cultural celebration of billions of people around the world.

  • Christmas is a season of joy, gifts, and family reunions.
  • "Peace on earth will stay as we spend Christmas every day." "He who doesn't have Christmas in his heart will never find it under the tree." "Like snowflakes, my Christmas memories converge and dance - each one is beautiful, unique, and gone too soon.
