The most constant temperature is found in tropical rainforest.

Tropical rainforests are found near the equator and have temperatures between 20°C and 25°C year-round. There is no dry season in tropical rainforests, all months have an average precipitation and receive about 250 cm of rainfall per year. Tropical forests are classified by the amount of rainfall received each year.

Botulism toxin disrupts motor control by Botulism toxin disrupts motor control by blocking the release of acetylcholine by motor
Svet_ta [14]

Answer:

Botulism toxin disrupts motor control by blocking the release of acetylcholine by motor neurons.

Explanation:

Acetylcholine is the principal neurotransmitter in motor neurons. If there is no release of acetylcholine from the presynaptic motor neuron, the ion channels will not open. If the ion channels do not open, Na+ cannot enter the postsynaptic membrane to start an action potential. As a result, the muscle can not move.

The ion channels have a specif receptor for acetylcholine. When acetylcholine binds to the receptors, the channels open. With the ion channels open, Na+ can enter the postsynaptic membrane to start an action potential. This does not happen in the presence of botulism toxin since it blocks the release of acetylcholine.

Which of the following effects on the climate would you infer would result from an increase in altitude?
Salsk061 [2.6K]

the same as an increase in latitude

Explanation:

An increase in latitude produces the same effect on climate as an increase in altitude.

 • Altitude is the height of place above or below the sea level. An increase in altitude leads to a decrease in temperature. The higher one goes up, the cooler it becomes.
 • Latitude is the distance north or south away from the equator.
 • As one goes away from the equator, temperature decreases.
 • The poles are the coldest and they have the highest latitude.

If radiative forcing were to increase in a particular region of Earth, what would you expect to happen to average temperatures?
deff fn [24]

Answer: Option 'C' is correct.

Explanation:

Radioactive forcing increases means the earth will get more energy from sunlight than it radiates to space.

It eventually leads to warming.

So, average temperature would increase in that particular area.

Hence, Option 'C' is correct.
