The Cuban Missile Crisis of October is 1962 was the inspiration behind the hot line between the United States and Soviet Union. The Cuban Missile Crisis was a result of the US having missiles in Turkey and the Soviet Union having missiles in Cuba. This incident was the closest the world has ever come to all out nuclear warfare. The tense negotiations that took place of these 13 days in October made the government realize that they needed direct access to the Soviet government, as many of the interactions between the US and Soviet Union took a significant amount of time.

Changes made in the constitution by the parliament
Nat2105 [25]

Answer: An amendment of the Constitution can be initiated only by the introduction of a Bill in either House of Parliament. The Bill must then be passed in each House by a majority of the total membership of that House and by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the members of that House present and voting.

A change to the Constitution is called an amendment. In 1791, a list of ten amendments was added. The first ten amendments to the Constitution are called the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights talks about individual rights.
