  • sinx = -3/5

Adjacent² = 5² - 3² = 16

  • Adjacent = 4

tan(x) = -3/4

-¾ = 2tan(½x)/[1 - tan²(½x)]

-3 + 3tan²(½x) = 8tan(½x)

3tan²(½x) - 8tan(½x) - 3 = 0

tan(½x) = 3, -⅓

Hope it helps you

Answer:

B -⅓

Step-by-step explanation:

sinx = -3/5

Adjacent² = 5² - 3² = 16

Adjacent = 4

tan(x) = -3/4

-¾ = 2tan(½x)/[1 - tan²(½x)]

-3 + 3tan²(½x) = 8tan(½x)

3tan²(½x) - 8tan(½x) - 3 = 0

tan(½x) = 3, -⅓
