Answer:

Accomodation

Explanation:

There are five ways to handle conflict based on degree of cooperativeness and assertiveness.

competition, collaboration, compromise, avoidance and accommodation.

Accommodation is the mode when there is low assertiveness and high cooperativeness.

since jeff is not highly assertive as he doesn't had strong opinion while nothing is given about Den we can assume that jeff will be cooperative to reach to a consensus and hence accommodation will be most suitable mode here.

individualistic, American culture - This hypothesis was proposed by Christopher P. Earley. Social loafing is when a person puts less effort when working in a group than when working alone. Earley' s studies found that people from individualistic cultures had lesser tendencies to work to their potential in group activities and were more prone to social loafing. This was in contrast to collectivist cultures like Chinese. People of the Chinese culture were found to be better performers at group activities.

What often happened when settlers or Europeans traded with one tribe but not another?
balu736 [363]

Answer:

Conflicts with other tribes.

Explanation:

When Settlers traded with one tribe only, the gain in prosperity that is obtained by leveraging on the local resources will only be felt by that one tribes.

The other tribes felt the deteriorating resources (since they live within the same region), but do not receive the same benefit in return as that one tribes. As a result, this will gradually build up resentment towards that one tribes or the European settlers. This what might lead to wars/conflicts.
