→ Cook your meat immediately after (microwave) defrosting.
WHY? High temperatures are suitable for harmful bacteria to thrive in.
The distance the average person (non-running background) can run is around 2-3 miles.
The max amount would be 20 miles.

Since the baby’s head is bigger than the body, it would need a few more weeks to catch up. Maybe around the second trimester (the middle three months/3 weeks or so)
