Answer:

The matched answer is given below with explanation.

Explanation:

Dumbbell Flys = Pectorals

Push-downs = Triceps

Machine Back Press = Shoulders

One Arm Row = Latissimus Doris (Lat)

If you are doing a single muscle exercise on a single day then:

  • The Dumbbell fly should be added in workout on a Chest Day which trains your upper chest muscles including PECTORALS.
  • The Machine back press should be done on a shoulder workout day or can be done on a back day also.
  • The Push-down exercise should be done on a Tricep day which is a basic exercise of Tricep training.
  • One arm row is a back exercise which includes your Latissimus Doris muscles including traps and other back muscles.

Which of these prescription drugs are commonly abused? Pick all that apply. A.Ritalin B.heroin C.ecstasy D.Adderall E.OxyContin
malfutka [58]

Heroin for one. A big percentage OD's on that substance.

Ecstasy well not so much. I haven't heard much about Ecstasy lately so that's pretty much on the DL.

OxyContin is definite. People used to use OxyContin as a substance that could help with emotions and is commonly abused from time to time.

Adderall could be a definite because it helps people with ADHD and people with narcolepsy or uncontrollable desire to sleep. So it could easily b abused for one or more purposes.

I'm almost sure that Ritalin is one of them.

a synthetic drug that stimulates the sympathetic and central nervous systems and is used to improve mental activity in attention deficit disorder and other conditions.
