In Thoreau’s view, the ethical responsibility of a government to a minority population is to protect them. The government administration should be effective and valuable. It had to respond to the necessities of the majority population.
Henry David Thoreau wrote the essay <em>“Resistance to Civil Government (Civil Disobedience)</em> in 1849. The essay makes an invitation to citizens to never allow government authorities to step into their rights and taint their consciousness. Citizens should never allow the government to commit injustices.
<span>That a citizen must act, not just vote, in a manner that provides for what is right. He says that voting is a feeble act and that citizens must prove through their actions what is right or wrong.</span>
The answer is evolutionary psychology. It basically states that women are more selective because they produce a limited number of gametes, whereas men produce sperm their whole lives.
Northern Europe because it was probably cold and had animals that are egstinct now but we're alive then. I think colder areas have more dangerous creatures.
