Development or Learning disabilities can be a common issue in individuals that may require special consideration while exercising or playing sports. Also, there could be development of any medical issue while exercising or playing sport.

Increased cardiovascular exercise, like running, aerobics, walking, etc., can easily improve individual cardiovascular health and also prevent heart disease.
