Answer:Yes this is an Incidental violations

Explanation:Incidental violations refers to unintended disclosure of private data that may take place whilst people are just carrying on with their daily work activities which is permitted like Martha and Kelly are actual doing their work and that is allowed however another person heard their conversation eventhough they didn't intend to make this person hear their conversation. This was unintended so it is referred to as incidental violation.

Precautions that can be taken to avoid incidental violation are, using a low and soft voice when discussing private information and using a more private space

What is freedom of religion?
erastova [34]
It means the personal freedom to follow whatever religion you choose, or
NO religion if that's your choice, in any way you want as long as you don't
bother other people, without any interference from laws or other people,
and without any penalty or discrimination no matter what your choice is.

That seems like such common sense that it's hard to understand that
in huge parts of the world, that's not the way it is at all.
