x = the input #

The sum of the cube of the input = x^3
and 4 times the square of the input = 4x^2 and
the difference of the product of 5 and the number decreased by 7 = 5(x - 7)

Now put the terms together:
x^3 + 4x^2 - 5(x - 7)

I minimized the answers down to 1 and 4, the other two are not correct
