I think reflexology treats the body using principles similar to acupuncture and acupressure. Reflexology involves the application of pressure to areas on the feet, hands and ears. it is relaxing and may be an effective way to alleviate stress. According to Chinese it stimulates the body into healing itself by improving circulation, reducing stress, pain and restoring natural balance.
