Peaceful coexistence came because of the creation of the UN that promoted international cooperation.

The 1973 war act limited the president the ability to participate in war without being approved by the congress. Also the failure of privileges that were regarded as executive resulted in the appointment of the executive prosecutor who uncovered many lies.
