The answer is "excessive speeding"

I would say that there are two causes for this:
1) people speed more often than do other vehicle driving related crimes: that's because they explain to themselves that they are in hurry and they hope they won't cause any harm

2) Speeding is very often tested by the police, because the police wants to curb this deadly behaviour.

Answer:

A) Lose, Gain

Explanation:

Octet is a game plan of an iota where the peripheral shell is filled by 8 electrons. So as to achieve octet , the components either lose or gain electrons relying on their reactivity , number of valence electrons and different variables.

For a metal : A non - metal increases electrons to finish octet. Eight electrons fill the valence level for every single respectable gas, with the exception of helium, which has two electrons in its full valence level.

He observed that, in every two years, the number of transistors used in the integrated chips installed in the computers are doubled but the cost of the computers are halved or hardly remains the same. His observation is known as Moore's law.

Hence the correct option is (a).
