Answer:

It makes it lighter

Explanation:

star A and star B have the same apparent magnitude but star A has a greater absolute magnitude than star B so that makes star a brighter because the higher the temperature is the brighter the star is.

When Mendel crossed purebred purple flowering plants (PP) with purebred white flowering plants (pp), what were the flower colors
zavuch27 [327]
The answer is <span>100 percent purple
</span>
Let P be dominant allele for purple flowers and p recessive allele for white flowers. So purebred purple flower has two P alleles and its genotype is PP and purebread white flower has two p alleles and its genotype is pp. Since P is dominant over p, when found together like in heterozygous plants (Pp), the flowers will express dominant allele and will be purple.
So, a cross between <span>purebred purple flowering plants (PP) with purebred white flowering plants (pp) will have 100% of the offspring with genotype Pp and purple flower color.
</span>
Parents:               PP      x       pp
Offspring:        Pp     Pp      Pp    Pp

1. Dr. Lairmore makes the point that veterinarians don't just treat "the animal," but approach treatment from a "one health" per
poizon [28]
Other things veterinarians are looking at is the boundary between animals, people, and the environment. Veterinarians need to work with human doctors to work on food safety, problems connected to cancer, etc. Veterinarians and human doctors can get facts from each other. The problems we face in society means that they have to cooperate with both the animal health side, the human health side, and environment side as well. One way they think of “one health” is evolving viruses. They are looking at this to find a solution by the use of comparative medicine and observing the environment.

1. Discuss at least two attributes of a study that you would look for to determine whether or not it is rigorous.
noname [10]

Some of the aspects that help you determine whether a study is rigorous are questions and hypotheses that can be answered, adequated method use, and bibliography.

Rigorous is a term that refers to a quality that focuses on accuracy and precision to comply with norms, precepts, and pre-established rules. This term is widely used in science to refer to the precision of a study or investigation.

Therefore, when it is established that a study is rigorous, its attributes must be taken into account, such as:

- Questions and hypotheses that can be answered: This aspect refers to the investigator having the ability to limit his study so that it is appropriate to do so and does not include too much information that makes his study "impossible".

- Adequated methods use: This refers to using the appropriate methods to reach feasible conclusions, for example, methods of observation, deduction, induction, among others.

- Bibliography: This refers to the research or study being supported by reliable sources so that it is as accurate as the information it provides.

Where does the waste material in the body come from and why does the body need to get rid of these waste materials?
Marizza181 [45]
"Waste" -- in the form of urine and feces -- how the body removes the parts of food we ingest that is not used for nutrition and also is a way to rid the body of toxins. The kidneys filter the blood, removing "waste" products such as excess vitamins or drugs (this is why your urine can have a bright color if you take high doses of vitamin c) and liquid waste is held in the bladder before being released. Food travels through the gut to be digested -- broken down into usable bits and waste. After breaking down in the stomach, the material travels through the small and large intestines. The small intestine is lined with villi -- tiny protrusions that add surface area so nutrients can be absorbed into the bloodstream. In the large intestine and colon, water is pulled from the mass so it becomes more solid. Eventually the solidified waste passed through the rectum and out the anus as feces. The build-up of waste in the body can itself be toxic -- if the kidneys do not function properly to clean the waste out, the buildup can be fatal. When the body goes into emergency mode to eliminate a toxic substance -- such as e. Coli in the case of food poisoning -- the intestines don't both absorbing water and the result is the liquid fecal matter being quickly passed through and ejected as diarrhea.
