The planning of activities within the medical office is important for MAA (Administrative Medical Assistant) because they are all health related and should never be taken lightly. They not only attend the phone calls as part of their daily job, but also their responsibilities include attending the patients that are coming for treatment. Ordering for necessary supplies, keeping patient records, sending mails, creating different invoices also fall within their job periphery. So much work needs proper planning, without which the total system can collapse anytime.
