I can barely see the majority of the questions
i cant do all but to multiply fractions, you just multiply the numerator and the denominator together
so 3 2/3 x 6
change 3 2/3 to an improper fraction
9/3 x 6/1 = 27/3 which is 9/1 reduced
10 x 1 2/3 is 10/1 x 5/3 = 50/3

MrMuchimi

Answer:

Caroline buys 3 packs of candles and 5 packs of holders.

Step-by-step explanation:

1.) First, find multiples of 30 by adding 30 to itself. For example, 30, 60, 90.

2.) Second, find multiples of pakcs of holders until it matches the multiples of candle packs. 18, 36, 54, 72, 90.

Sloan [31]

Answer:

His error is adding 10 and 2/3 before multiplying by a(age of the tree)

Step-by-step explanation:

The sum of 10 and two-thirds of that tree's age, in years, is equal to 50.

Correct equation

Sum = addition (+)

two-thirds = 2/3

The tree's age = a

10 + 2/3a = 50

2/3a = 50 - 10

2/3a = 40

a = 40 ÷ 2/3

= 40 × 3/2

= 60

a = 60 years

Javier writes the equation

(10 + two-thirds) a = 50

(10 + 2/3)a = 50

(30+2/3)a = 50

32/3a = 50

a = 50 ÷ 32/3

= 50 × 3/32

= 150/32

a = 150/32

His error is adding 10 and 2/3 before multiplying by a(age of the tree)

vladimir1956 [14]

Keisha is correct, because as per the definition <u>A function is a special relationship where each input has a single output</u>.

A function is a special relation. In other words, a relation if and only if it has a specific characteristic where each input has a single output, then it is called a Function.

All functions are relations but not all relations are functions.

What is the estimated difference of 12 9/11 - 8 13/15
tekilochka [14]

Answer:

the estimated difference is 4

Step-by-step explanation:

The estimated difference of 12 9/11 - 8 13/15 would be rounding the fractions to a whole number

12 9/11 becomes 12 11/11 which is 13

8 13/15 becomes 8 15/15 which is 9

we rounded each fraction up since each fraction was above the half way mark so the new equation is,

13 - 9 = 4
