The aerobic system of energy production uses glycogen, but primarily glucose  as its energy source.

Glucose is taken in by the cell and broken into pyruvate in the process of glycolysis, the first step in aerobic cell respiration. It takes place in the cell cytoplasm.

Pyruvate is then used in the Krebs cycle in the cell mitochondria in the second step of respiration which produces high energy electron carriers. These high energy electron carries such as NADP are then employed in the electron transport chain, the last step of the respiration process, where a large number of ATP molecules is produced.

By the time the process of aerobic respiration ends, 36 to 38 molecules of ATP are produced from one single molecule of glucose.

When Amanda poured some of the liquid in a test tube, she noticed that the edges of the water curved upward, which is an example
weeeeeb [17]

When Amanda poured some of the liquid in a test tube, she noticed that the edges if the water curved upward, which is an illustration of adhesion.

When Pol filled another test tube to the top, the liquid formed a low dome, which is a proof of cohesion.

When Amanda added table salt to the first test tube and shook it, she noticed that the liquid had dissolved the solute.

All of these observations are suggesting the existence of covalent bonds.

Pol determined that the pH of the sample is 7 that indicates that the sample is neutral.

Based on all the proof gathered by Pol and Amanda, the unknown liquid is water.
