Both of these are super important in many situations. In school, it is important to have self-control to respect the people around you. If you disregarded self discipline and self-control in a mall or in a bank or while driving, you could do a lot of things that you would probably regret later. Self control and discipline are such important skills to have. They essentially show how tough a person can be to restrain themselves in some hard situations, and stay cool even in heated situations.
