Being able to do this everyday would help my health very well!

The first way in which I would improve my activity level would be by walking everywhere, as opposed to driving. This would force me to exercise while gorcery shopping, going to school or running errands. I would measure this by using a pedometer. The other measure I would implement would be lifting weights at home before school.
