Transpiration in plants requires adhesion of water molecules to cellulose, cohesion between water molecules, evaporation of water molecules and transport through tracheids. Cohesion between water molecules is as a result of hydrogen bonds between the oxygen atom of one water molecule and a hydrogen atom of another water molecule. Transpiration involves the release of water through the leaves in pores called stomata, this serves as a method of excretion of excess water and diffused gases.

The flow of air caused by ____ and the Coriolis effect creates distinct wind patterns on Earth's surface. a. differences in heat
kakasveta [241]

Answer;

Differences in heating

The flow of air caused by differences in heating and the Coriolis effect creates distinct wind patterns on Earth's surface.

Explanation;

 • Movement of air or flow of air is caused by pressure or temperature differences and is experienced as wind. When there is a pressure difference between two places, a pressure gradient exists, across which air moves from the region of high pressure to the region of low pressure.
 • Differences in temperature also causes movement of air or wind know as convection. The air flow caused by temperature difference is observed in the case of sea and land breezes, because of the difference in temperature between the sea and the land.

Why can many ecosystems exist in one biome
tatuchka [14]
Numerous ecosystems systems can exist in one biome in light of the fact that a biome is immense, and take the Marine Biome for example.There are diverse zones that things live in or environments. There are environments appropriate by the shore, somewhat more distant, and one ideal amidst the water. So there can be numerous in one biome in light of the fact that a biome is only one class, similar to tundra, or marine.
