i find it great! these workouts are really great for your body! these will help different parts of your body! such as yoga can help not only your balance but your strength of your body and your mind!

i personally would remove tai chai (thats just my opinion) but other wise great!

whew! it gave me different feelings, i was worked but yet it was a great workout!
Extras: This workout would really make since to me, it seems it blends lots of different types of workouts into one, it seems that Yoga, Swimming, Walking all are really great for your physical and mental health!

I would say number 4 because she has a great health by exercising 4 times a week and a balanced dieys and gets a good nights sleep. She is Good with her social skills.
