Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

6A) Death Valley is located below sea level.  It says it is -282 feet.  This means that it is below 0 and sea level is marked at 0.

6B) 5280 + 282 = 5562 ft higher

6C)  The closer you get to the ocean the closer you are to 0.  If you were in the water floating on top you would be at 0.

13) all 3 are 28

The parenthesis have to stay.  This is how we know to distrubute the 2 across the problem.

What is the dependent variable?
Ann [662]
Dear Foxqueen, the dependent variable is D because the grades depend on the time spent playing video games. A is not logical because the video games owned might not be played, B is illogical because the points are the product of the video games, and C is not logical because that is actually the independent variable. SCORPION-xisa [38]

Answer:

so you distrubute the 3 into the parenthesis and you then get 3n+15 is greater than or equal to 3n+8 then you subtract the 3n from the right side from the 3n on the left side and you are left with 15 is greater than or equal to 8

PLEASE! I need the answer!
pshichka [43]

Answer:

-x^4y + x

Step-by-step explanation:

-2x^7y^2 + 2x^4y + 2x^3y

You can take out 2x^3y because there is enough of that in each part of the equation. Then you just divide the whole numbers and subtract the exponents.

-x^4y + x

HELP!! FAST!!
maks197457 [2]

Answer: Choice D

x_n = f(x_{n-1})

This basically says "the nth term is found by computing math, aka evaluating some function, based on the (n-1)th term".

As an example, we could have a function that simply squares the input

Let's say we started at 5. It squares to 25 which in turns squares to 625, and so on. Each new term is based on the old term. Namely, we squared the old n-1 term to get the new nth term.
