The Roosevelt Recession of 1937 was due to the contraction of the money supply by the Federal Reserve and the Treasury Department policies.

Explanation:

The New Deal program introduced by the Roosevelt Government focused on 3 R's-Relief ,Recovery and Reform

  1. Relief -Immediate action to betaken in order to halt the economic deterioration
  2. Recovery- In order to start the flow of consumer Demand public work projects  where started.
  3. Reform-Permanent programs where established to save the economy from another economic disaster
