Its A because all of the items have inherent value of some kind, but it is the lack of quantifiable dollar value that GDP cannot express, so leisure time enjoyed by the citizens of a country because its inherent value cannot be easily quantified in dollar terms is the correct answer.

A) leisure time enjoyed by the citizens of a country.
B) environmental quality because that has no inherent value.

GDP - or Gross Domestic Product - is a measure of the economic health of a country. However, this measure does not take into consideration other factors, such as leisure time, or environmental quality, and so it could not be considered aa the only measurement used to determine the health of a country, or its grown or progress.

Why is that attitude an important factor in the decision to declare independence?
shepuryov [24]
When we talk about independence, we oftentimes think of it as the greatest aim of a country from its conquerors. However, it also depicts the longing of a person to be independent and be able to do what needs and what is wanted to be done.

Attitude is a great determiner is indeed someone, may it be a self or composed of thousand of people, are deserving to have the independence that is so longed. This is because the desire to be independent should be coupled with great sense of responsibility, to be able to stand on its own, be able to speak up for oneself, and to be able to defend oneself.
