1. USUALLY they define their self-esteem when they use social medias.
2. Teach them how to speak and talk confidently. Parents need to nurture them how to do so.
3. SOCIAL MEDIAS. Period. And also their friends' bad influences.
4. Children and teens are facing confidence crisis and issues nowadays. We as adults can help them to raise awareness that having a low self-esteem can badly affect their lives in terms of getting along with their friends.
