Organelles present in plant cells and not in animal cells are the plastids (chloroplasts etc.) and the vacuole. The plastids are necessary for the plant production of energy through the process of photosynthesis and the vacuole serves as a storage for water and metabolites. The plant cell also has a cell wall that surounds the cell membrane, which the animal cells lack.
Telophase is the last stage of cell division. It ends with cytokinesis which is the splitting of the mother cells into two daughter cells. The cell pinches in the equator region with the help of a ring of contractile protein filaments. The formed cleavage furrow grows until the two cells pinch off completely.
