I think its B because you measure distance on the road in miles, you don't measure how far you went by hours. And the quantity of time does not measure in miles, but hours.

I believe the answer is B.) <span>The quantity of distance measures in miles depends on the quantity of time measures in hours. This is because when trying to find speed a person must know the distance and the time that the object/person traveled that distance which the time is mostly measured in hours.
I hope I helped!</span>

Find the equation of the line show
nexus9112 [7]

Answer:

Equation : y = 2x + 3

Step-by-step explanation:

By considering any two coordinates from the line.

For example: I choose (0, 3) and (2, 7)

<em><u>slope :</u></em>

<em><u /></em>slope = \frac{y_2 - y_1}{x_2 - x_1} = \frac{7-3}{2-0} = \frac{4}{2} = 2<em><u /></em>

<em><u>Equation :</u></em>

(y - y_1) = m (x - x_1)\\\\(y - 7) = 2 (x - 2)\\\\y - 7 = 2x - 4\\\\y = 2x - 4 + 7 \\\\y = 2x + 3
