Both can hurt but it can depend. But, I believe mental abuse hurts more than physical abuse. Because it takes a total toll on your mental health. Such as triggering memories or recalling traumas. It can even damage your self-esteem or develop a long-term mental health that can take years to recover. It hurts more in a way that affects your mind traumatically. For example: you broke your arm, but it can take weeks or even a month to recover. But if you were to suffer from depression that’s something that affects with our emotions traumatically and this hurts more in a way that physical cannot. I hope this helps

klasskru [66]
In my personal experience In order to stay fit I do ballet and tennis. Those two things have helped me stay healthy and fit as well as creating hobbies! I also want to mention that I take vitamin supplements just in case if I am not for filling my normal vitamin intake from foods. So for example I take some vitamin C powder! I think it’s extremely important to work on your health and your physical activity because later in life all these things will affect you in a positive way so you won’t have to worry too much of your health considering the fact that you have been working on your health for the past years. I’ve also read that eating healthy can help you age backwards so you’ll look much younger at the age of 50 then you would if you didn’t take care of yourself physically. <3 have a great day

5 reasons softball is good for your heath
PtichkaEL [24]
1. Burns calories and fat: The average player burns around 300 calories per hour of play.
2. You can develop both your upper and lower body when playing softball. Throwing requires you to use your shoulders and arms, which gives the muscles in that area a workout. Moreover, when you swing and pitch, your wrists and biceps along with other muscles in your arms develop.
3. Builds endurance and stamina over time. This will give you the energy to work out in addition to playing softball. You can really build your strength by lifting weights or performing other workouts with weight. In addition, the added stamina and endurance will ensure you don’t tire easily.
4. Softball players gain throwing power and acceleration power. A base in overall body strength and maximal strength is also important; it serves as a foundation to build muscular power. Some muscular endurance is also beneficial, especially for pitchers.
5. Provides total body conditioning: Unlike other sports, softball is an activity that requires multiple skills, and therefore provides total body conditioning. Running, swinging, fielding and throwing all require a coordinated effort from numerous muscles throughout the body.

Trigger points, areas on a patient's body that are tender to touch and feel firm, are indicative of which condition?
allochka39001 [22]
Answer:  The condition is known as: "fibromyalgia syndrome" ;
               also called: "FMS" ; or most simply, "fibromyalgia" .
______________________________________________________
   The following diagram (attached) represents the "trigger points" of pain in this condition, that are particular painful or sore among palpitation; General, there must be at least 11 (ELEVEN) such "trigger points" out of the 18 shown in the attached image as PART of the diagnosis, according to the American College of Rheumatology, and often if ONE particular "trigger point" exists, the corresponding "trigger point" on the other symmetrical body will occur.
  However, such "widespread trigger point" is NOT the sole criteria for this condition. Common co-occurring systems including period of impaired cognition/memory,  "fibro fog" ; anxiety and depression, severe sleep disturbances; recurrent migraine and other types of headaches; persistent low-grade fever, recurrent flu-like symptoms, muscle tension, visual and sensory disturbances, cramping aches and pains.
