Direct observation : This is one of the most effective data collection methods because it shows the actual situation not just a theoretical one. In other words, in using direct observation, you can see exactly how well the flight attendants understand and use the taught procedures on the job.
Interviews: You can hold interviews of the flight attendants where you interview them and ask them questions to see how well they understand the principles you taught them. This will give you evidence of their readiness to impact the procedures taught.
