Well, William was succeeded by his son William II (William Rufus), who was succeeded by his brother, Henry I, who should have been succeeded by his only surviving legitimate child, Matilda.

However, England wasn't ready for a female monarch, so Matilda's cousin, her father's nephew Stephen, managed to take the throne and fought it out with Matilda during a period known as "the Anarchy". The eventual result was that Matilda's son became Stephen's heir and succeeded him as Henry II.

Henry was succeeded by his son Richard (the Lionhearted), who died with no children, so he was succeeded by his brother, John. John was succeeded by his son, Henry III, who was succeeded by HIS son Edward I.

minimizing the amount of time customers wait is a key factor in service quality

Explanation:

The correct option is c. because most research on the subject has concluded that, mainly in Western society, customers that have to wait for service for too long of a time will most likely have a low satisfaction overall service quality, so minimizing the time customers wait is a key factor in service quality.

Option a. is incorrect because services should be adapted to different geographic regions based on their customers' characteristics, such as their response to waiting for service.

Option b is incorrect because even though shopper analytics can improve the wait time problem, they are not a key element for this example.

Option d. is wrong because, even if they receive the desired service, waiting is most likely not going to be considered acceptable to customers.

Process to break dormancy by opening the seed coat so that water? scarification protectants coating germination
Kobotan [32]

The process to break dormancy by opening the seed coat so that water can enter is scarification.

In order to promote the sprouting, seeds are scarified, which weakens their coating. This is called scarification. A seed's shell can be broken mechanically, which is the most popular method for doing this.

Some seeds are hardened in order to keep them from sprouting in unfavorable weather conditions. Early germination can be fatal for a tiny, defenseless sprout in specific environments and circumstances.

Before they even have a chance to survive, seeds may sprout and perish if their innards are exposed to water at the incorrect moment, such as just before winter. Some seeds' tough shell makes sure that they sprout when they need to in order to survive.
