Adolescents do not show any sense of perception and competence in a cognitive process.As per Piaget children are bit simply incompetent thinkers than most adults. Piaget even expressed that the young ones think far way different than adults. Children should not be trained certain theories until they have outstretched the proper phase of comprehension or cognitive development.
