Hello!
Although I don't have a diploma from Penn Foster high school, I'd like to help you out in understanding your admissions chances!
Colleges like NYC have holistic admissions processes which means they look at several different things. One thing they don't consider nearly as much as anything else is the high school you went to.
Colleges are considered about your SAT/ACT Scores and GPA most of all. Then they will care about your extracurriculars, recommendation letters, admission essays and other factors. But high school has about as much impact as one's first name, so don't get too worked about that! Let me know if you have other questions.
Please consider giving brainliest answer and a thanks to questions you find most helpful! :)
