The perimeter is double the sum of the sides.
.. P = 2(3x/(x +10) +x^2/(x -5))
.. = 2(3x(x -5) +x^2(x +10))/((x +10)(x -5))
.. = 2(x^3 +13x^2 -15x)/(x^2 +5x -50)

$P=\frac{2x^{3}+26x^{2}-30x}{x^{2}+5x-50}$
