The answer to this is 14. To find the hypotenuse from the short do 2S, and for Short to Long it is S Root 3.

Here's what I did and I checked it So it is correct!!

\frac{7}{28} = \frac{1}{4}

\frac{1}{4} = 0.25

25% is your answer.

28 \times 25\% = 7
