As opposite sides of Quadrilateral are Parallel to each other,So it is a Parallelogram.

Opposite Angles of a Parallelogram are equal to each other.

 \angle R=\angle T\\\\\angle S=\angle V

So,

   \angle S\neq \angle T\\\\\angle S\neq \angle R
