If you're looking for another sentence containing figurative language that sentence would be "Adventure called, and in 1804 the team set off." I got this answer because of the form of figurative language, personification. Adventure is being personified, because it's "calling" and adventure obviously doesn't really talk. So the answer is, again, "Adventure called, and in 1804 the team set off." Hope this helped. :)
