Here, Let coordinates = ( 0, y)
Let, y-axis divides line in the ratio = k : 1

Now, (0, y) = [(10k-4) / k+1 , (12k-6)/ k + 1 ]
0 = 10k - 4 / k+1
10k = 4
k = 4/10 = 2/5

In short, Your ratio of division would be: 2 : 5

Now, y = (12k - 6)/ k + 1
y = 12*2/5 - 6 / 2/5 + 1
y = -6/7

In short, Your Coordinates would be: (0, -6/7 )

Hope this helps!
